How Likable you are?

Got this self-assessment test from Tim Sanders, a renowned motivational speaker in the States, via his blog entry titled - How to avoid getting laid off.

I think this test is a good way to gauge one's likability among the crowds, although detractors may say when taking such self-assessment one must be brutally honest and not being sway by influence and emotions.
