Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay

The adventure continues with my S2000 as I tried playing around with the settings of this camera over the weekend for my night shooting exercise along Clarke Quay after my dinner at Robertson Quay.

This time round, the main setting I chose to meddle with was the "metering" of the camera that would compensate the amount of light "loss and gain" according the lighting surrounding and it seems pretty useful as I need to worry about those low "shutterspeed" due to the poor lighting (especially tripod was not available).

SOME PICTURES TAKEN ALONG THE WAY...

I wasn't aware of this defining moment (picture above) till I was told, as I placed the camera of the railing of the bridge and voila!

Thanks to the "metering" I played around, the "shutterspeed" of the above picture increase (need not to fear those "shaky" moment)

Having dinner along the Singapore River...

Singapore River - at night.

Riverside Point - at night

Alkaff Bridge - at night (managed to have a strong grip on this shot as I remember the shutter was only "1/2")

Singapore River - at sunset

Alkaff Bridge - at day time.
