Saw this headline on the Straits Times Today (below "print screen" from the web), while queuing to pay for my three loaves of "Fairprice" housebrand bread...

And after I paid for my stuff and this was what I saw on my receipt (pictured below), which I came to realize the 5% discount that used to levy all FairPrice Housebrand is GONE!!

Man, there's the end of the story and Happy New Year to all my largely understood fellow citizens.
