Flyers like this is such a common sight in the block where I reside.
Honestly speaking, like I mentioned before they are killing the trees, contributing to the number of rubbish we are dumping.
But the sickening sights are the figures printed on this flyer (pictured above), see the values of these units listed - SHOCKING!!
So what is the point of the cooling measures introduced, when those agents are trying to entice the dwellers with the figures if they are keen to sell their leased flat?
